We now have so many choices to reach our Optometry practice. We are just minutes from Kenwood Rd., Montgomery, Road and I-71 at the Crossroads of Miami Ave., Loveland-Madiera Rd. and Camago/Plainfield Rd. You'll be surprised how easy it is to find us. There are many corporate eye care practices in and aroud Kenwood to choose from. Our aspiration is to be a beacon of local, independent eye care for people who want the convenience of the kenwood area and a modeern eye care practice, but do not want to see eye doctors practicing optometry in a corporate environment. We are close to Kenwood, but most people can skip the mall traffic and navigate to our beautiful new clinic with ease. We are minutes from the mall, but miles different.
Patient Experience
We know that everyone is busy and today's healthcare industry is confusing. We have invested in modern technology to provide you the most choices and easiest options. We upgraded our practice management software in 2021. That allowed us to add an improved patient portal, online eye exam scheduling tool and options to buy contract lenses online. We also invested in partners and technology to help patients navigate thier vision plan and process claims. You are still the best advocate for your coverage, but we work hard to submit a claim quickly and accurately so you can work with your employer and/or benefits providers to get the coverage you deserve.
Advanced Technology
Our optometrists answer to the exam room, not the board room. We continually invest in the lastest techology for patient care. In the last 3 years, we have upgraded to an advanced wide-field digital retinal camera and added equipment to provide topography, anterior segment photos, and new treatments of eye infections that many chains do not have. We added newly approved blue light and red light low level light therapy (LLLT) and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments to help treat dry eye syndrome. We also continue to be leaders in childhood myopia management with treatment plans that include drops and lenses.
